GRANDSON IS ONLY A MONTH AWAY

I know I haven't posted in quite some time. My life has just been one thing after another since my Dad's death. In December I lost my favorite Aunt...my mom's sister and so I have been spending alot of time trying to help Mom along. It's been a rough year. Now, however, it is time to pick myself up and try with everything I have to move forward...and moving forward is Jacob Perry McCaffery. We don't know what he looks like but he is going to be my first Grandchild. Right now he weighs 4.5 pounds and I can't wait to meet him. We had a baby shower for him and my son Kevin and his Girlfriend Liz this past Sunday. I CAN ONLY THING, THAT WHEN GOT TAKES SOMEONE YOU LOVE, HE PUTS THAT SOUL INTO A NEW SOMEONE TO LOVE. And....that's what I am getting I am grateful. So I will put some pics for you to enjoy. Have a great day. And remember. ...... when he takes one, he gives you another......

I was delighted to receive a wonderful Friendship Swap box in the mail the other day from Mary at http://marmmiesmammysandmore.blogspot.com .

She was so beautifully particular in picking out what I love. I great smelling little espresso cup with a candle in it, some bulbs for planting in my little garden, a wonderful summertime recipe for watermelon and a handmade Raggedy Ann that I just love. I don't know how she does all that small stitching and stuffing, it would drive me crazy but thank god it doesn't drive her crazy. Last but certainly not least a great Recipe Journal of Paula Deen's. Well not hers personally but one she put her mark on. Funny too because I just made her Ooey Gooey Chocolate Butter Cake....OMG DECADENT.

Wow, I feel like it has been raining for weeks.....oh right it has. And I gotta tell you my tune is getting very flat. The Northeast is a very wet place to be right now but we are safe thank god.

Really, have you met "Hungry Girl"? She is my new favorite person on this earth. I have done Weight Watchers, and all kinds of other diets. And oh....she is affiliated with Weight Watchers. She has three cookbooks all of which contain great recipes for everyday meals redone and recreated with diet, light and delicious substitutes. One of the greatest recipes is whole wheat pasta with frozen broccoli with cheese sauce, add a little Laughing Cow Swiss cheese and VIOLA, it was just delish!! Or a modified version of Rice Krispie squares but made with fiber cereals and only 50 calories, CAN YOU SAY THAT OMG a bit of chocolate adds a teeny bit of calories but oh so good and filling. If you haven't seen her, check her out! It is so worth it!,

Boy do I love her designs. I have started selling them on my website at Rocking Chair Stitches and have had awesome response to all of her patterns, but most recently her "Bunnies in Spring" was a runaway hit for us and for her as well. Great Job Cathy. I just ordered a kit of the Tulips because the wools she dyes are just so magnificent. So I did my Bunnies in Spring using a combination of hand-dyed wools and wool felt. I love this design. I didn't have enough light when I took this picture so take that into consideration. It was absolutely so much fun!! Make sure you get one.

OK this is really random, but have you ever seen anything cuter!!

I am still trying to get things in order since my Dad died and I am slowly getting there. Last week we scattered his ashes in the Gulf of Mexico off of Sanibel Island, his most favorite place on earth. It was beautiful. Thank you again for all of the prayers.

I wanted to take a minute to convey my gratitude to all of you who wrote, sent cards and prayed for my Dad and my family. As some of you know he passed away a month ago and I am finally starting to get myself back on track. I know I will never get over this, but I can move forward. So, thank you again to all.

Well, as most of your know my Dad passed away on the 13th of February and I have been trying to get somewhere between total pain and normal and I am slowly putting one foot in front of the other. Thank you to all of your prayers and kind and loving emails, posts and thoughts. All that being said, prayers are still gratefully accepted.

So, on to business, we should have picked another monthly winner on February 15 and we just didn't. No excuses.....so, tomorrow I will pick February's winner. SNOW SNOW SNOW, AN UPDATE ON DAD AND A REMINDER

Good Day to all of my blogging friends. I couldn't believe it when I woke up this morning and looked out my back porch window. I have been running around so much and trying to take care of my Mom and Dad that I gotta tell you I really didn't even know it was going to snow.

Burger anyone..... yup that's my grill under there....

Hopefully the sun will come out tomorrow, tomorrow, bet your bottom dollar. OK enough of that. I just would like some Spring. However my friends, they are talking about more snow on Saturday. There is no where to put it.

Update on Dad unfortunately isn't great but with God's grace we are taking this journey one day at a time. He spent the past few days in the hospital after they scheduled a PET Scan to find out exactly where the cancer is and he was in so much pain they couldn't put him on the table until mediating him ALOT. In any event he is Stage IV and the cancer is everywhere including the brain. We are putting one foot in front of the other and after the initial POW, we are all ok. This journey will take me to a place I've never been before and I want to spend each moment with or in quiet reflection of my life with my Daddy. Thank you all for all of your prayers. It is so appreciated and I am grateful. THANK YOU.

I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND THE SPIRIT OF THE SEASON

It's been some crazy weeks here since Thanksgiving and I am just getting around to checking in and blogging a bit. My Dad was hospitalized again and had to be transfused with five units of blood .... lot of testing but have found nothing yet. They will resume after the holidays. At 80 he sure is a trooper.

I have some pretty big job changes coming in the new year and I am trying to wrap my head around that. After having a 5 minute commute (yea yea, I know I am spoiled), I will be traveling to Providence everyday which will give me a 45 minute commute each way. Oh well. Grateful really to have a job.

It is the Spiritual Season however and for that I am most grateful. I was at a meeting yesterday that always carries a spiritual message, but a woman spoke yesterday who really gave me a kick in the proverbial butt.

She is 50 (around my age, lol) and last year she became ill. She had gone into the hospital with something wrong with her leg and got a staph infection. She battled for quite some time before her system just started shutting down. While on life support and in a coma, her legs had to be amputated at the knee to prevent the infection from traveling. After many many prayers, the family made the decision to disconnect life support and when they did, she started breathing on her own and coming around. She spent many months in the hospital, had many visitors, prayers, meetings and finally was able to be released. She spoke of knowing joy as she sat in her wheelchair with her fingers missing after having been amputated. She spoke of the gifts of the season, not the material, but the spiritual gifts from God in family, in friends, in life and in joy. We all were so moved by her. Her gratitude for just being alive was overwhelming. It gave me an entire new sense of what is important. Thank you. Makayla. So, if you believe that miracles don't happen....I've seen one.

So m good friend Lynn Barbadora from Painting Thyme Needfuls is always posting pictures of her beautifully decorated home. She is an absolute wonder in the home decor field. So I decided I would just put out a few of my house. I do love to decorate and even though we cut way back on the gift giving this year and just spending time with family.....I still want my house to scream Christmas.

And what a weekend it was. We had such a great time. Booth set up was a breeze - must be because we just do it so much. My friend who helps me couldn't make it so my husband came and we made a nice weekend out of it. After the booth was set up and the crowds came through on Friday we had dinner with Sheryl Blais ... a magnificant jewelry artist. Check her out at www.sherylblais.com. Her stuff is amazing. Joining us for dinner at Bertuccis was her niece Kate and our friend Joy Lancastle Schuyler, herbal chef and herbal remedy maker. Her products are so soothing. Saturday was just crazy but we did offer our free (yup free) workshop This year we made a wool felt Christmas Tree ornament and the girls AND BOYS just loved it. I made a new friend name Ryan and he had so much fun making his.

We had a great time once again. Next year join us. You will definately have a great time.

This weekend is the beginning of a whirlwind of activity for Rocking Chair Stitches. After a brief vacation (always much too short, don't you think), we will be heading to Boston, Massachusetts and our first time vending at the Boston Christmas Festival. We are looking forward to it as a first timer and all the New Englanders that will come to visit 100,000 strong at this award winning event. We will be demonstrating as always, introducing a couple of new patterns and welcoming a helpful friend from Pumpkin Patch Primitives from nearby New Hampshire and we are stoked.!!

Just a quick note to let you know that Rocking Chair Stitches has just released a new pattern called Cardinals In the Pines. This new pattern contains directions and templates for both a Runner and an extra large Candle Mat. I had so many compliments on it this weekend at the Walker Homestead show, www.walkerhomestead.com which by the way was a wonderful experience. So many wonderful antiques and primitive crafts including Eva Ramsey from Pine Patch Primitives and Denise Davis from Sassafras Hill Primitives. I am honored to be included among these wonderful women. Speaking of wonderful women, Lynn Barbadora from Painting Thyme Needfuls and Brenda Mercado from Pumpkin Patch Primitives took the drive on a beautiful day to support me. Why I didn't take a picture of the three of us is just beyond me right now. Anyway, it was a great day. But...I digress.

What a wonderful day yesterday was. When you see the pictures you will know exactly what I am talking about. It was a beautiful day although a bit on the hot side. Seemed as if Summer was making a statement with temperatures closer to 90 than 70. I was fortunate enough to have many visitors both old and new but especially Lynn, Brenda, Gladys, Tom and their wonderful friends, Jimmy and Margaret too! Thanks for taking the ride out there and helping me clean up in the very hot weather. I am very grateful for all of you.

It was much more of a fantastic primitive (very) antique show with a spattering of crafts and/or quilters scattered through the farm. There was a wonderful lunch at which I tasted Lavendar Lemonade. OMG IT WAS JUST AWESOME. I have to get the recipe.

We were also happy to meet and become acquainted with the ladies from A Primitive Place Magazine and hear the story of how they all met on a forum and from various parts of the country without ever meeting in person put together the best primitive magazine around.

Open House at The Itinerant Painter

As I write this I hope that my friend Gladys won't be leaving us, but if she does I wish her the very best life has to offer her and her wonderful Husband Tom. Some pictures from her annual open house which she so graciously lets me be a part of. Her wonderful home and amazing paintings are a treasure. Joy from Rhode Island Soap Works also joined us to give all a demonstration on cooking with herbs. It was so yummy that I drove to her house to get a second jar of pickled tomatoes....omg they were delish.!!

I am honored to now be part of a talented group of women on-line, through Etsy and in blogland. The women at the Old Farmhouse Gathering welcomed me with open arms and big smiling faces......yes I could actually see them lol. I hope to be able to get to know each and every one of them through posting and emails and maybe actually meeting them. Brenda from The Rusty Thimble has been most welcoming and I am waiting for a package for her that I am sure I am going to jump for joy over. What an absolutely gorgeous Sunday morning here in the Northwest Hills of Rhode Island and although my Dad is in the hospital once again, I find myself grateful that we live in a part of the Country that has the best healthcare. He is at Brigham and Women's Hospital after suffering another "episode: with vascular issues. Yesterday was my Mom's 75th Birthday so we are hoping to go to the hospital tomorrow to bring a little cheer and some Birthday Jello.....lol he can't eat yet. Anyway, just grateful this morning.

Wanted to let you know about Movin On Up....Rocking Chair Stitches has decided to expand a little bit at a time this year and did so previously by having the blog and also applying for acceptance into two additional shows. We were accepted and oh my, NOW I AM PANICKING lol.

Good Rainy Evening - I hope that the sun comes out tomorrow. My pool is looking a bit sad with leaves from the high winds and the acorns....well I must have a ton of squirrels. They say the weekend will be beautiful and I am hoping it will be so I can enjoy the last of the Summer Days. Fall is coming though, probably quicker than we think....I am already wanting to change my decor and put our the warm colors and light those harvest scented candles. I was in Brown and Hopkins today and Liz had wonderful Fall items. Just put me in the mood. Missing Italy, Summer Parties and Friends...

I'm Back From Vacation in Italy And It's Time To Get To Work.

Mama Mia!! Two glorious weeks in Italy have put me so far behind in business that I don't know if I will ever get enough done for all the shows I am scheduled for this year. But....this girl wouldn't have given up this vacation for anything. It's the trip of a lifetime. My Husband and I and our two wonderful friends jaunted around Southern Italy, Rome, Florence and the Tuscany area and boy....what a blast. Life there is so different, so wonderful, so family oriented. I didn't want to come home. So, I thought that you would like to see a few pictures of the wonderful places we visited. If you ever have the chance, go for it. It shouldn't be missed.

Ok ok, I know it doesn't rhyme or even go together but after I have a wonderful weekend with great friends, some cooking and some sun, I have to begin to think about my Fall and Holiday shows. I have quite of few of them this year so I need to start extra early. I am even going to bring some sewing to Italy with me when I leave next week. I can't wait....but I digress, Fall shows....

So, let's go through the weekend. First I will start at a spritual meeting on Saturday morning and start my weekend off on the right foot. I will come home and gather up my husband (great guy by the way)

and we will get into his mid-life crisis car ........

and then we will meet up with our friends at Bonnet Shores....these are the friends we are going to Italy with too....

and drive to the beach to Bonnet Shores to our wonderful friends house (the ones we are going to Italy with)...

and we will proceed to eat and eat and eat again......first is seafood night, pasta with clam sauce and 20 (yes I said 20) pounds of steamers and of course desserts......

These are what I am making straight from The Food Network ... the one on the right is made with red velvet cake which I have already baked.

On Sunday we will eat some more, you know the traditional things like sausage, hot dogs, burgers, etc., tons of salads and more desserts....really what more could you ask for?

In addition....like I said...I have to start thinking about Fall and the shows for the holiday season. I am thinking that I will start stitching some Fall ideas....maybe some oldies but goodies like....

After being sick for a week my husband and I have decided to take off to NH for a few days to Bike Week. So I didn't go to work today feeling very under the weather with a miserable cold. Thought OK I can get some things done too, some pattern writing or applique on a couple of new patterns that I found...something soothing and creative. YUP, I SLEPT, most of the day, on and off, and I managed to fold a dryer full of towels and now post this blog. That's it.... So, I will sit some more tonight, try to get better, but i gotta tell you.....I don't think I am going to feel better any time soon. My husband is planning on making dinner tonight for me and yup, he doesn't cook lol. He can open a can so we will have warm soup. I love him for trying. Anyone else sick out there........maybe we can be miserable together.

Tea Party

Hello all,

So last year my Sister and I held our first annual Tea Party for our nieces. As you can see SMay was a bit shy in joining us, but she was very entertaining. The rest of the girls were very good. They had a ball, we had different snacks, played some games and made beautiful decorated hats. As you can see they had on there Sunday bests. This year we are thinking of a Flower theme. Planting a flower, decorating a pot. So in about 6 to 7 wks I will let you know how we make out! I'm hoping it is a hit like last years.

In my last post the craft fair I was in, I should have pointed out that on the wall behind me there are two wall hangings that I did, only to forget the great person behind the pattern. The patterns are wonderful to work with, very easily read. I would love to give a big credit to Rocking Chair Stitches. The web site is http://www.rockingchairstitches.com/. They have fabulous patterns. Never realizing they were from the same little town I was! That is a hoot to know now. I loved the pattern so much never noticed this. Breakfast With a Wonderful Friend

I had one of the most wonderful days today. Really just relaxing and some wonderful and much needed girl time. Lynn at Painting Thyme Needfuls and I met for breakfast at a little cafe in her Town which coincidentally used to be mine before moving to the hills of Northwest Rhode Island. We hadn't seen each other since October of last year and had alot to catch up on. Almost three hours later, we were finally done. It really took us an hour to even open up the menu to look. The waitress thought we were wacky. We traded little gifts....well hers to me wasn't little....

One of her famous and absolutely awesome sunflowers. This thing is huge and I can't wait for the rain to end so that I can put it on my door.

Yes it's raining again....hopefully no flooding anymore because it's been too much.

Anyway, we had a great time, and I am so so glad we got together. Let's do it again soon Lynn....

and ladies....

Thanks to all of your for your prayers and good wishes for my daughter. We went to her apartment and it is worse than I could have imagined. Thank for though she is safe and most can be replaced. I am posting a few pics to show you what happened. We will be spending our day there on Easter after a small brunch. I am grateful for the family we have.

Geez, sometimes, it just doesn't end....we have had torrential rain over the last few weeks here in Rhode Island and the last few days proved to me too much for all of our Indian named Rivers. My daughter Kelly lives on one of the rivers and yesterday was part of a mandatory evacuation. She went back today to find that she had lost everything. You know kids, they can't afford much when on their own at first and she didn't have renters insurance. Such a shame. I told her that I thought maybe it was God's way of giving her a new start.....doesn't help. :-(

I wish I knew what to do for her.

What a fun night with New Moon

Ok ladies, let's be honest....we know it supposedly geared toward teens but us ladies love it too.... :-) The Twilight Series books are fun and a great quick read. The movies are just a little icing on that cake. So one of my closest friends decided to have a Twilight New Moon Dinner party and she decorated with red and black..black roses. lol Too funny. We had Bloody Orange drinks, a wonderful pasta crab appetizer from Giada and absolutely sensational chicken parm and pasta. For dessert we had molten lava cakes and Bloody Red Velvet cupcakes. Yum Yum. Then we sat down to watch New Moon and ate parmesan cheese popcorn, homemade with JIFFY POP with LOTS OF YUMMY BUTTER -- not microwavable ...the real deal. lol.

So my contribution was "Full Moon" Crab Cakes. Made with a lemon dill sauce and a recipe from none other than ya'll PAULA DEAN.

Here are a few pictures

Preparation of the scallions, red peppers and of course garlic, saute in a little butter.

Once that is sauteed fold in the crap meat. I bought the good stuff for these people...

Shape them into nice full moon shapes and cover them with Panko bread crumbs and fresh just grated pramesan cheese YUMMO

Then refrigerate them for about two hours so that they firm up.

Melt the EVOO and butter

Gently place them in the hot hot pan and let them cook about 3 or 4 minutes on each side. The smell is just unbelieveable....so good and mouth watering. Husband was hoping that just one would fall apart.....ok ok I made sure one did.....He's a good guy.

Alol brown and crunchy on the outside and wonderfully warm and tasty on the inside.

Make a little sause with buttermilk, (I cheated and made my own), may dill and lots of lemon.

The finished creation with a little garnish of dill and lemon and they were just yummy.

Hmmmm what will I make today.......

Many Thanks and Gratitude

I wanted to take a few minutes to express my gratitude for all the women in my life and for all the kind words during my sister-in-laws passing. I am overwhelmed by the prayers, emails and kind words that the women in my life and in blogland have passed on to me. I am grateful for the strength it has given me and even more that I was able to pass on the strength I was given to my husband. My mother in law wasn't able to attend the services and that was so difficult for the family. She is finally out of rehab and we are hoping that one day at a time, our world will begin to turn around. I have faith that we will all be ok.

I am glad that you are enjoying the new items I have posted and I am going to post a few more for the upcoming Easter Holiday. Drop me a line if you have any questions or would like to place an order.

Well it's been some time since I have been able to blog because there has been alot going on here. First let's talk about the good news. Secondly, my sister-in-law passed away yesterday at 41 after suffering for a year with colon cancer. It has been a very difficult time as her Mom, my mother in law is also in the hospital suffering from diabetic issues and a ruptured spleen from falling out of her bed at her new senior housing apartment. I would be grateful for any prayers that you can offer at this time.

I have been sitting at night and sewing just cuz I need to relax after working all day as a Family Court Paralegal and Divorce Mediator sometimes you just gotta get away and I do it by reading all the wonderful blogs, sewing and watching tv. No wonder my mind is always racing. Anyway, wanted to share a few of the items I completed today on my day off.!!

I am sitting here with my sewing and now this computer and watching the Olympics. I just love the winter games. Oh the summer ones are nice but gee these skaters re just unreal and so beautiful. What do you like ladies.

I have made all of them and actually have sold a couple at the shows that I do here in the Northeast.....where I am glad today that they are not expecting our area to get this new storm. ~~We've~~ I've had enough. So during the sign-ups for the giveaway, I had mentioned to visit my website www.rockingchairstitches.com and subscribe to my emails to get five more entries. Louise, a new friend, kept writing to me to tell me that she was having problems and I couldn't replicate the problem. Over the weekend, I decided to check it again and low and behold ~ IT WOULDN'T WORK~ no one was able to subscribe. So....I wrote to my server people and indicated the problem. They said it was because I rework my Home Page alot and it must have "screwed something up". So, it's fixed now but have realized that I have gotten NO email sign ups since May...what a loss in business :-(. I was driving home from a meeting yesterday and I happened to look beyond the waterfall and there was a lone snowman out in the middle of the lake. I thought it was the most peaceful thing I had ever seen. Quality of pics aren't that great as it was done on my Blackberry, but I thought you might enjoy!

Chocolate Hearts yummy I just love chocolate. Especially the milk, dark and white kinds lol. We have created a Valentine's runner that reminds me of all of those chocolates without any of the Weight Watchers points.

Actually it may not taste as good as those chocolates but it's sure as fun to create it.

It's A New Year Approaching - What Are You Grateful For?

As I reflect on 2009 I see that I have so much to be grateful for. I had the great pleasure of being introduced to many new people, some of whom I know will be lifelong friendships. My wish for the new decade is that I will have time to spend with each and everyone of those people in my life that are important to me. My parents, although both having had a difficult year are getting ready to take yet another winter trip to Sanibel Island and I am grateful that are still able to do that. I am grateful for those friends I can truly count on one hand. You know that ones that will stand by you at any cost. I am fortunate to have that in my life. I am extremely blessed to have participated in many wonderful shows this past year and won another Best of Show in Deerfield, Massachusetts. My wish is to be able to expand this year into the Pennsylvania area. I hope that I am able to slow down, appreciate each day and smile, everyday.

What a beautiful morning here in the Northwest Hills of Rhode Island. Wonderful day ahead of making cookie gifts, wrapping and Patriots football. Thought I would share a couple of pics of around my yard.

OK finally found some quiet time to take pictures of all of the efforts for the holiday house decorating. I love the holiday season. All the memories of my children on Christmas morning.....oh wow sentimental. Cabbage Patch Dolls, Care Bears, Glo Worms....is your memory being jogged as well. Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the ORIGINAL Nintendo..... So there you go, I am sure that now I have put my age out there.

Party tonight with some great friends for which I made a wonderful Pumpkin Roll with Ginger Roulade and I decorated it with simply just a bow.

And then the East Coast snow storm. We are now expecting two feet of snow so I guess Santa will have a way to get to our house on Thursday evening.

Is it really December in New England??

So today in the Northwest Hills of Rhode Island it was 70 degrees. I had thought about putting up the Christmas Tree but it just didn't seem quite right so I will wait until this weekend when the weather is a bit more Christmasy....is that even a word??? LOL

We had a wonderful time in Deerfield and it was busy with lots of new friends and old ones as well. It is so nice to be able to put faces with the names on my email list like Mary and Pat. So nice to see both of you. It's great when you are able to shake their hands and have a conversation face to face.

We were told by many people that our booth was the best at the show. How wonderful is that? Several people came specifically to see us. That is such an honor. Our classes were well attended and the women had a great time learning how to stitch.

I have pictures to post and will do that tomorrow. For tonight I think I will shower and relax because in addition to the show I had a flu the entire time. Thankfully I am feeling better.

I know it is a bit late, but tomorrow both November and December's winners of the Sweets penny rugs will be picked. Will it be you??

Hundreds of top of the line artisans and crafters, Christmas music, massages, gifts, food and fun all in one convenient place. What more could you asks for! It is held at the world Famous Better Living Center at the Big E Fairgrounds in East Springfield, Massachusetts. Visit their website via the link to request a coupon for dollars off admission. Of course, dinner is first on Turkey Day and I am working on that as well for 26 people YIKES.

Well it's finally here and we are totally exhausted. We have a few last minute things to do like shower and get change lol. Other than that we are pretty much set. I wish that bluetooth technology would allow us to sleep the entire drive ..... hmmm maybe a driver lol. In any event we are off ato what we hope will be a very successful first showing at the Wilton Historial Society's Fine American Craftsmen Show in Wilton, CT. Hopefully will upload pictures from there to give you an idea of how these shows work. Wish us Luck!!

A wonderful day was had by all at the Folk Art Festival. Attendance was up and it was busy and steady all weekend long. We are all hoping that this is a good sign for the economy. I am going to post a few pictures of the gorgeous booth that Country Plus had. Judy has such a knack for wonderful design and decoration.

What a wonderful day we had at the Private Showing at the home of the Itinerant Painter. Two days of special fun, drawings and friendship. Old and new friends passed through the doors of the warm primitive home of the Itinerant Painter. You should join us next year. Warm cider, hot coffee and all kinds of goodies kept everyone with full tummys. The offerings of Lynne Andrews, and Joy from Rhode Island Soapworks were enjoyed by all and I was humbled to be in the same room as all of them. The Itinerant Painter's Rufas Porter like original paintings were the hit!

OOhhhh Aaaahhhh - This morning I got a MMS Text from my girlfriend and partner Connie who dreamt about this new design and made it yesterday. It's called Mason's Mittens because we both have a little Mason in our lives. Hers is her nephew and mine is my "adopted grandson". It's a dreary morning here in Northwest Rhode Island. We are hoping that the weather will at least turn sunny for the annual Toys for Tots Motorcycle Run. My husband will be riding in that and I will stay home to sew and get ready for the upcoming show season. I am going to post some pictures for you after our wonderful day yesterday with Mason, Lynn, Theresa, N'evaeh, Princess, Brittney and Chuck carving pumpkins and eating pizza. Great day!!
